I made this vid for be_themoon and festivids 2012. I was a little freaked out when I was asked to make a serious Primeval vid, but in the end I was rather happy with how it turned out. It forced me to vid in quite a different style to my usual crack.

What is your field, by the way? As a scientist I mean.

Well I've gone from being an experimental scientist in a lab to being an office worker. I evaluate other people's science instead now. My science credentials are in molecular biology though. So I was working with genes and proteins and cell culture. Things on a small scale. :)

As for me, I am currently in writing. Already writing a story. Hopefully, I might find myself a publisher before I complete it.

But your field in biology, especially with genes, that sounds cool. If I was a scientist and got myself into biology, I would love to be a genetic biologist, then I'd get to do cross-species genetics. Sweet!
