How do Americans usually refer to a toasted sandwich? Like something you'd buy at a coffee shop chain with ham/cheese/tomato or something.

Jaffle, toastie, toasted sandwich...?

It's for a fic. Sam and Dean are in Utah, I think. In case that makes a difference. Still working on that, my geography sucks in my own country, let alone a whole other one.

Haha! My problem is Australians just incorporate from all over. British roots supplemented with kids if US TV. I'd use any of those terms happily. :p
