It is almost 1am. Why then has my water been cut off accompanied by the not-too-distant sound of fucking chainsaws??

A little warning would be nice and I repeat ONE AM!!!

I want a shower! *pouts, stamps foot and does a hissy fit for her own benefit*

It was a freaking road crew fixing the leaking water mains (which have been leaking for weeks now, ever since the last road crew did something and repaved the path) outside my house.

That is they were basically right under my bedroom window and hammering and drilling and something that sounded like a chainsaw.

I am very sleep deprived this morning and grumpy and I have watched several episodes of SGA again. Fell asleep toward the end of "The Long Goodbye".

That sucks. You were watching the eps last night/in the wee hours when you were trying to sleep, or this morning?
