I'm pretty sure it's clips stuck together. The TARDIS scene is in an episode where River jumps from a window into the TARDIS during the whole "The Silence" episode arc. I think anyway. But it's cool! :)

unless, Moriarty only created one clone of Sherlock as a test to creat a whole army of moriarty clones. Thats scawy.
