This has been going around my f-list and it is a very clear and concise presentation. As greenpear's post said: You want to know the real reason you should be concerned about SOPA and PIPA? Listen to this video from TED Talks. It's not about Copyright. It's about making us all criminals that are guilty until proven innocent.

Yes he really is. And I need someone to really simplify these things for me, because I'm terrible at explaining my fears about them. I sent it to my mother, because she didn't understand what I was trying to say when we got into a discussion about it. Not that it helped that Dad kept chiming in about Piracy being illegal, when I was talking about vidding and fanfiction adn just general free-speech... *facepalm*
