Do you watch The Vampire Diaries? And is the ship allowed even if the actor had a role in both series?

I was thinking:
- Damon (TVD) / Bela (SPN) [Lauren Cohen also played a love interest for Damon as Rose on TVD]
- Damon (TVD) / Sam (SPN) [this vid totally made me fall for this ship: wherein Damon plays the role of Ruby and Sam falls hard]
