If you watch the video he sorta tells you about it. It's a Scavenger Hunt. But if you've never done one, they're usually done for O week at university campuses and such. Basically, you get into a team and then they'll release a list of items. You have to scavenge (i.e. source, find, beg, steal, make, somehow obtain) all the items on the list and the first team to get there wins.
In Misha's case the items (so he says) are really random things. His examples were things like a photo of a baby bathing in cranberries, or a video or people pitching a tent on a round-about.
They're usually nutty fun, but I don't quite know how it'll work when your team mates are scattered around the world. :P
