The last news bulletin I heard on JJJ was saying that because ACT has a federal police force (AFP) reather than an ACT police force, they may be able to charge them under federal laws.

Having a connection to ADFA and several of its cadets is making this feel even more personal to me, possibly in ways it shouldn't. But it's been making me feel sick ever since it became news.
