So yeah, the point is that I support a Humans Rights Act for Australia, but I do believe that careful thought must be given if intentions are to include it in the constitution.
Well, that's a given. I'd hope we'd plan and think before putting anything into legislation, let alone the constitution. But it does need to be there.
