Sony Vegas 7

I just got Sony Vegas 7 and I was wondering if anyone knew of a simple beginners guide.

Something very beginner (and FREE), that just says stuff like "this button does A", "put a clip in like this..."

Or does anyone use it and mind chatting to me over gmail chat or msn?

I am so confused. *grins*

I'll keep fiddling with it in the mean time

i have absolutely no idea, but i love your icon! lol
i havent watchd the last 3 eps yet. maybe ill get to that while im trying to procrastinate on writing my paper
