FF.net and email alerts

Okay, so how do I alert Fanfiction.net to the fact that I'm not getting email updates? I had reviews and I never even knew! *big grin for reviews/frowny face at FF.net*

Is this happening to anyone else?

I can't find an email link or anything for help.

I don't know how to contact them, but a friend of mine has been having the same problem. My guess is it's a system thing.

Bummer, though...now I want to go check mine and see if I've been missing!

Yes, the morons have removed the help/FAQ function which I normally use to alert them of that.

There's a support@fanfiction.com address on their main page that they mention- I emailed that two days ago. I also complained about their lack of a help/email to contact them area.

When I get a chance, probably later today, I"m going to have a look through my email, see whether there's another address mentioned there with any of my reply backs.
