Blame GlaxoSmithKline and a product called Seretide (something used in surgery apparently - I got no idea). The dragon seems to be their mascot. There's another company that has a weird-looking walrus thing for their mascot.

You should see some of the crap we pick up. I got a fit ball once, umbrellas, pillow cases, stress balls, alarm clocks, even USB flash drives... They are weird. The funny thing is the doctors just ignore them. It's the students that wander around taking everything. You can find great stuff at some of the conferences. :P

I wish I could shove one of the dragons down the phone line to you. There's still small-sized ones left.
