I blame the Sports Night fandom from the good ole days that the first thing that came to mind was "And then they have sex. The End"

Yes, it was a bit of an in-joke for the SN fandom back then. There were even some ficlets written that ended that way, and it was hilarious. :P

But I suspect that's not what you're looking for...

The last fic I finished ended in a coma, does that work instead?
